The Pioneer Pass offers the following benefits:

• Flexibility to visit the Museum at any time during our operational hours (09:30 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.) on the date the tickets are booked for.
• Free valet parking.

• Last minute availability.
• AED 50 retail credit – Which can be redeemed in our instore lobby retail shop.

Pioneer Pass Terms & Conditions:

• Retail Credit cannot be exchanged for cash, and must be redeemed on the same day as the Pioneer Pass ticket date.
• The Retail Credit can be redeemed over multiple transactions on the same day. Retail Credits can be combined and be used in one transaction.
• Please present the wristband or Pioneer Pass Ticket at the Retail Shop to avail the credit.
• The tickets are non-refundable and amendments will not be possible on these tickets.

• Museum of the Future ticket sales are final and are 100% non-refundable.
• Visitors are not allowed to bring food or beverages, glassware, or alcohol into the premises.
• Please carry a valid photo ID with you.
• Please arrive 15 minutes before your allotted tour time.
• Pre-booking tickets online for the Museum of The Future is mandatory.

Museum of The Future Dress code: Casual, appropriate clothing is allowed during the tour. No beachwear allowed.
